For the crust:

  • 3 cups (10.5 ounces) finely crushed tea biscuits or graham crackers
  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoons honey

For the kadaif layer:

  • 2 cups (7 ounce) kadaif (shredded phyllo dough)
  • 5 tablespoon (2.5 ounces) unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) pistachio cream
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the chocolate topping:

  • 3/4 cup (6.8 fl ounces) heavy cream
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) bar Milka Noisette chocolate, chopped

Method

Make the crust:

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, melted butter (9 tbsp), cocoa powder, milk, and honey until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Press the mixture into a tart pan, making sure it’s even. Set aside.

Prepare the kadaif layer:

  • Step 1

    In a pan over medium heat, melt 5 tablespoons butter and toast the kadaif until golden brown.

  • Step 2

    Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  • Step 3

    Stir in pistachio cream, tahini paste, pistachios (if using), and honey until well mixed.

  • Step 4

    Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.

Make the chocolate topping:

  • Step 1

    Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until warm but do not let it boil.

  • Step 2

    Remove from heat and add the chopped Milka Noisette chocolate. Stir until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Pour the chocolate mixture over the kadaif layer and spread evenly.

Chill & Serve:

  • Step 1

    Let the tart cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate sets.

  • Step 2

    Decorate as desired, slice, and enjoy!
