This week's menu will take you on a flavor journey! Start the week with these Vegan Taco Bowls. We've paired these tacos with this Spicy Green Bean Salsa for some extra texture and kick-you won't be sorry!


The rest of the week is filled with flavorful Asian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as these edamame noodles and hummus bowls. On Thursday we're doing this light, lemony pasta for something a little heartier to end the week.


As for our bonus recipe this week, a creamy rice pudding recipe made with coconut milk. This MUST-try for rice pudding fans!
