DirectionsArrange apple wedges onto a tray or platter. Drizzle with homemade magic shell, peanut butter sauce, and coconut milk caramel in an even layer. Sprinkle with granola and toasted coconut chips. Serve immediately.
Peanut Butter Sauce
Ingredients1/4 cup peanut butter1 tbsp. coconut oil
Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Coconut Milk Caramel
Ingredients1 cup full fat coconut milk1/2 cup coconut sugar1/4 cup maple syruppinch of salt
In a medium saucepan set over medium high heat, combine coconut milk, coconut sugar, and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to thicken. Sprinkle in salt to taste.
Transfer to a jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. This will allow caramel sauce to thicken even more.
