- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/ 2 cup chicken broth
- Cooking spray
- 1/ 4 cup Sir Kensington's Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon leftover cranberry sauce
- 2 oz. leftover turkey, reheated
Combine leftover stuffing, eggs, and chicken broth until stuffing is moistened and liquified enough to be poured into a 2-waffle iron.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Add stuffing mixture and close iron. Cook until crispy and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and cranberry sauce.
To assemble the sandwich, spread cranberry mayonnaise on each waffle. Add turkey slices, top with other waffle, and serve immediately.
What's better than Thanksgiving? The copious amount of leftovers in the following days, that's what! We put all that extra stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce to good use in this hearty waffle sandwich. We mixed the cranberry sauce with a generous spoonful of Sir Kensington's Avocado Oil Mayonnaise for a creamy condiment that ties this whole holiday-centric concoction together.
