All About Potatoes!

This week we’re featuring our forever favorite, the humble potato. Whether orange and sweet or tiny and golden-hued, potatoes always have our backs. We kick off the week with a savory stuffed sweet potato dinner. Midweek, we tuck into a one-pan Indian-inspired curry and finish the week strong with twice baked potato nachos!

Vegan Mushroom Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
