Stop the search, we've found the perfect gluten free banana bread! This simple grain-free loaf studded with walnuts is made from a mix of coconut and almond flour.
Ingredients Needed:
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
