Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw cashews
1 cup gluten free oat flour
3 cups soft pitted medjool dates
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chips @enjoylifefoods

Directions:

Add cashews to the food processor and process until they form a fine flour. Add our flour, dates, and vanilla and process again until dough forms.

Put dough in bowl and mix chips in with you hands. Press into wax paper lined 8” square baking pan and press additional chips into top if desired.

Place in fridge to chill. Slice when cold and enjoy. Store in fridge or freezer.
