Spring has [almost] sprung so we dedicate this week's menu to the current change in weather and in turn how our diets change with the season. We're going green and cozy this week with cabbage, spinach, kale, pesto, and broccoli.
The perfect way to start the week is with this incredible French onion soup chicken brought to us by @katie.melodie. The remainder of the week begins to get real "springy" with a spinach and feta salad, followed by sausage and kale soup- easily swap out whichever greens you used previously.
End the week off with something elegant, yet simple with sheet pan steak potatoes, and Broccoli. This weekend bonus is a quick baking project with these shortbread Nutella brownies. Enjoy!
