Chewy Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

  • 1/2 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup gluten free baking flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8 inch square brownie pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, whisk together Nutella, coconut oil, xylitol or sugar, vanilla and eggs until creamy and well combined.

  • Step 3

    Whisk in gluen free flour, cocoa and salt mixing until well combined.

  • Step 4

    Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to smooth out the top.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.

  • Step 6

    Remove from pan, let cool, spread with more Nutella then enjoy!!!
