THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

1 eggplant, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb Organic Ground Beef
1 small onion
2 lbs ripe tomatoes
2 small jalapeños
1 (16 oz) container grated parmesan cheese,
1 bunch fresh basil
3 large leeks
6 ears of corn
1 bay leaf
1 qt chicken stock
1 pint heavy cream
2 heads romaine lettuce
8 oz parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz) jar pepperoncini peppers
1 (16 oz) jar roasted red peppers
1  (8 oz) container pitted mixed olives
1 (14.5) oz can chickpeas
1 (14.5) oz can artichoke hearts
2 red onions
1 (28 oz) can San Marzano Style Whole Tomatoes
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 shallot 
4 (6 oz) boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 (32) oz container greek yogurt
4 limes
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch mint
1 (16 oz) bag quinoa
1 large cucumber
1 large tomato
1 (5 oz) container baby arugula
3 lemons
1 small white onion
3 (15-oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) cup crumbled feta, plus more for garnish
1 bunch fresh basil
Bread of choice
1 store bought, ready-to-eat pizza crust
2  heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 bunch radishes
4 oz smoked salmon
1 small jar gherkins
1 small jar capers
1 bunch dill

 

PANTRY ESSENTIALS
(things we assume you have,
but if not, stock up!)


Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper 
Garlic
Breadcrumbs
1 lb Butter
Steak Rub
Red Pepper Flakes
Milk
Bay Leaves
Dried Oregano
Sherry or Red Wine Vinegar
Garam masala
Turmeric
Cayenne
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Paprika
1 Dozen Eggs
Everything bagel seasoning (or make your own w/ equal parts sesame seeds, poppy seeds, kosher salt, minced dried onion & dried garlic)
Dijon Mustard
Mayonnaise
 

OPTIONAL
(things that will add great flavor but are not required)


Cayenne Pepper
Micro-greens, avocado, cilantro, jalapeños or tomatoes for garnishing soup

 
THE RECIPES

We love the slight spice this easy tomato sauce gets from the fresh jalapeño, but feel free to skip it if you are cooking for little ones.

Feedfeed Tip Using  yogurt to marinate chicken (or most meats, TBH) will give you a tender, juicy and flavor end result every time. Even if you only have 15 minutes to marinate, it will be worth it!
