- 1 bunch red radishes, tops trimmed, cleaned and dried (make sure they are very dry or the butter will not adhere)
- 1 ounce unsalted butter
- sea salt, to taste
Melt the butter, then place in the fridge. After about 15 minutes, stir the butter, then place back in the fridge. Continue until the butter is opaque, but still liquid enough to coat the radish.
Dip each radish into the butter, then sprinkle with sea salt. Place on a platter and let set in the fridge for about 15 minute before serving.
