ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 small persimmon, sliced
- 1/2 small pear, sliced
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- Handful radicchio
- Handful watercress
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, optional
Method
Step 1
In a a jar or container with a tight fitting lid, combine the honey, vinegar and olive oil. Shake well until emulsified.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss with dressing.
