Feedfeed Tip If you do not own an air-fryer, you can bake this tofu in the oven for about 15 minutes at 450˚F, stirring halfway through, or until golden brown.

Watermelon and tomatoes are the perfect unexpected pairing. A little salt and lime juice finishes it off! Serve with extra tofu from last night, or toss in a can of drained and rinsed chickpeas for added protein.
