ingredients

  • 1 pound gluten free soba noodles
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 8 radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 chopped scallions

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil water in a big sauce pan. When it's boiling, cook the soba noodles for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, mix sesame oil, tamari, rice vinegar, agave syrup and chili flakes.

  • Step 3

    Pour the sauce over the noodles. Add vegetables, sesame seeds and scallions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
