Garlicky Yogurt Topped with Fried Eggs and Roasted Tomatoes

(19)
"Çılbır is a Turkish egg dish usually made with poached eggs over garlic yogurt served with aleppo pepper butter. I’ve been using this as my baseline and doing fried eggs and adding in things like burst cherry tomatoes."
