Ingredients:
300g of dark chocolate (1 bar baker's chocolate)
organic peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
12 small-medium sized baking cups

Things you need:
1 pot or saucer for boiling water
1 metal bowl for heating up chocolate
a silicone brush for brushing melted chocolate up the sides of baking cups

Directions:

Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil on the stove. Place a metal bowl over top (one that is large enough to sit on the pot without falling in). Place your peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate into the bowl, and whisk until melted.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into your paper cups. Use a pastry brush to brush the chocolate up the sides of the baking cups. Place them into the freezer to set.

Once the base of your chocolate cups have set, spoon about 1 tsp of peanut butter into each chocolate cup, using a spoon to gently spread to the outer edges of each cup.

Spoon a final layer of chocolate  (about 1 tsp) on top of the peanut butter layer, again spreading to the edges of the paper liner. Place into the fridge to set. Enjoy!
