  • 1/2 cup Nutella®
  • 8 slices day-old brioche, cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup milk, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Fresh whipped cream (optional)
  • Fresh mixed berries (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 375F degrees.

  • Step 2

    Layer brioche it in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.

  • Step 3

    In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, heavy cream, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  • Step 4

    Pour over bread, then drizzle melted butter on top of the bread evenly.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 20 mins or until the top is golden.

  • Step 6

    Remove from the oven and drizzle Nutella over the pudding and serve with fresh berries and whipped cream.
