Welcome to this week's meal plan! We have an exciting week ahead of us with two special occasions to celebrate: Game Day on Sunday and Valentine's Day on Tuesday.

To start off the week, we have a warm and comforting Moroccan Lentil Soup. On Valentine's Day, we'll be indulging in a Spicy Tomato Risotto and topping off the holiday with a sweet treat- Date and Nut Bars.

Wednesday, we'll be enjoying a clear-out-the-fridge Cream Vegan Pasta. On Thursday, we're serving up a Vegan Taco Salad made using walnut meat.

And for the weekend, get ready for Game Day with some crowd-pleasing recipes! We have spicy and flavorful Sriracha Buffalo Cauliflower Wings and a Cheesy Vegan Spinach and Artichoke Dip. These dishes are sure to be a hit with all your friends and family.
