- 10 1/ 2 ounces chocolate
- 5 1/ 3 ounces pitted dates
- 2 ounces dried blueberries or strawberries
- 4 1/ 4 ounces pecans
Chop each date into about 8 to 10 pieces. Break the pecans into pieces.
Break the chocolate up and melt.
Add the chopped dates, pecans and dried blueberries to the melted chocolate and mix.
Line a tin with non-stick paper. Pack the mixture into the lined tin, flatten down the top using the back of a spoon to make sure it is well compacted.
Place in the fridge to chill for an hour and then cut into pieces using a sharp knife.
