Summer at last! When we think of this time of year, we think of farmer's markets, fireworks, and long days on the beach—and all the amazing food that comes with them! BBQ, pasta salads, and peak season berries. The days are longer, meaning more time to gather and flex your culinary skills a bit.

This week, open all your windows and get cooking this early summer menu featuring a simple tuna pasta, a vibrant rainbow poke bowl, and some crazy delicious bánh mì-inspired hot dogs.

This menu invites you to find new inspiration in the classic summer standbys. This week we feature a lobster salad; but feel free to substitute shrimp or crab. Either option works beautifully. Enjoy these dishes in the sunshine whenever possible.

Gluten-free bread crumbs
Gluten-free hot dog buns

Italian seasoning
Anchovy fillets
Capers
Sun-dried tomatoes
Tuna packed in olive oil
Green olives
Peppadew peppers
Mayonnaise 
Sriracha
Rice vinegar
Soy sauce
Furikake seasoning
Nori
Mirin
Sesame oil
Alcohol:
Dry white wine
1 bottle of red wine, white wine, or rosé wine
 

MEAL PREP
Prepare the jalapeño slaw and sriracha mayo for the hot dogs on Monday to give the flavors time to meld.
