Tuna is one of those ingredients that can be fancied up as in tuna tartar or kept simple as in a tuna melt. Certain types of tuna are endangered so make sure to ask your local fishmonger for advice when purchasing. Of course, there's always canned tuna, which is great to have around the house for whipping up a quick tuna salad with celery, onions, mayo, pickles, lemon juice, and salt and pepper!
