ingredients
- 1 slice of multi-grain bread, toasted
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup radish sprouts
- 1 egg
- 2 Easter egg radishes
- 1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Bring a medium pot of water to a gentle boil. Add in the egg with a slotted spoon and let cook for about 7 minutes.
Step 2
Once the egg is cooked place it in a bowl of ice water. While egg is cool pop your piece of toast in the toaster!
Step 3
De-shell the egg and slice into thin circles. Top the toast with avocado slices, radish sprouts, egg slices, sunflower seeds, radishes and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
