For anyone that thinks they don't like tempeh, this might be the dinner that changes your mind. A generous addition of BBQ sauce turns this burger up a notch, and the simple cabbage slaw is the perfect complement to the burger.

Pasta with Creamy Basil Spinach Sauce

This simple, herbaceous dinner is one that you'll crave...often. The addition of almond milk and tofu to the basil sauce adds a delicate creaminess that's hard to pass up.

Feedfeed Tip Pressing tofu is a great way to remove excess moisture. Wrap the block of tofu in paper towels, and lay something heavy across the top of it, like a cast-iron pan. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes while the moisture leaks out of the tofu.
