THE RECIPES
Seared Salmon Taco Salad with Spicy Lime Dressing

We're celebrating #TacoTuesday a few nights early with this hearty dinner salad. We tossed in ALL the summer corn, fresh tomatoes and black beans and topped it all with a sweet, spicy & tangy lime vinaigrette.

Feedfeed Tip Don't fear the sear!  If you are patient and trust the process, you will get a perfect golden brown sear on the salmon without any stress. The key is making sure your pan and oil are hot enough. If you are unsure, toss a cube of bread into the oil and if bubbles form around it instantly, you are good to go!
Fried Ravioli with Marinara Dipping Sauce by @thedaleyplate

Ok, this may not be the picture of health but it's DELICIOUS! Serve with a fresh green salad for a complete meal.

Feedfeed Tip To get a crisp exterior when shallow pan-frying, be sure to let the excess egg mixture run off before coating the ravioli in breadcrumbs.

Crispy Salmon Cakes by @nocrumbsleft

These delicious salmon cakes can be served as burgers, or over greens as a salad.

Feedfeed Tip  When processing the salmon, don't mince it too fine. You want the patties to have some texture.
Easy Green Chile Chicken Stew

Soup in August?! You may think we're crazy, but one spoonful of this flavorful soup and you'll be changing your tune.

GET 50+ SUMMER SOUP RECIPES >

Feedfeed Tip Save those corn cobs! The 'milk' from the corn contains a ton of flavor which is often discarded when stripping the kernels from the cob. Harness all that summery goodness by simmering the cobs in your summer soups & pastas for added flavor.

Skillet Eggs in Marinara with Couscous, Feta and Fresh Herbs by @lorindabreeze

All we can say is weeknight dinner gold. Sure, homemade marinara is best but we'll save that simmering for when the temp drops below 90˚.

GET 50+ EGG RECIPES >

Feedfeed Tip Couscous is a weeknight dinner staple. It's ready in just 5 minutes and can stand in for longer cooking rice, pasta or quinoa. Plus, if you can boil water, you can make couscous! Make a batch on Sunday to round out some of this week's meals or lunches.
