- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 7 ounces (200 grams) prosciutto
- 2 balls fresh mozzarella
Place basil, oil and chilli flakes into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Season with a little salt to taste.
Slice the mozzarella. Arrange prosciutto and mozzarella onto a serving platter.
Drizzle over the basil oil over the prosciutto and mozzarella and serve.
