Green Olive Parmesan Crostini

  • 1 cup green olives, pitted, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/ 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Baguette, sliced `


  • Step 1

    Grill or broil slices of baguette brushed with olive oil.

  • Step 2

    Combine the olives, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat.

  • Step 3

    Top baguette slices with olive mix, and then grate Parmesan cheese on top.
