A Note From Molly Adams
Olives are the salty, briny and fruity ingredient we love adding to a dish. Also eaten on their own, olives are great on cheese boards and crudité platters, or stuffed with various fillings. On top of adding flavor, olives are also a great way to add color to your meal or party platter. Probably the most known, Kalamata olives, which are native to Greece are deep purple, while Picholine olives - native to France - are bright green.
