  • 4 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 pound salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley to garnish
  • WARM VEGGIE QUINOA SALAD:
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa ½ cup uncooked quinoa cooked in 1 cup water
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 walnut pieces
  • 1/4 raisins
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • BLUEBERRY OATMEAL COOKIES:
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 pinch salt
