I'm a sucker for a delicious and nutritious salmon bowl. I'll choose one every time and so will my family. This one is topped with a yummy maple tahini. with dishes like this, I encourage you to get creative use what you love and what you have on hand!

Spicy Salmon Veggie Bowl with Maple Tahini

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet

salt & pepper to taste,

garlic powder

chili powder

smoked paprika

cayenne

avocado oil

Bowl:

cilantro brown rice

roasted butternut squash & zucchini

bell peppers

spinach

maple tahini

Directions:

Rub the salmon with  with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, & a little bit of cayenne. Sear it in some avocado oil because of the high smoke point for 2-3 mins skin side down first and then 3-5 mins on the other side.
