Bright and simple. This classic oatmeal is topped with peanut butter, chia seeds for crunch and kiwi slices for a colorful and comforting breakfast!


  • 1/ 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 brown sugar, or sugars of choice
  • 1/ 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/ 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  • Step 1

    Add all main ingredients to a medium saucepan and stir until well combined. Cook over medium-low for 8-10 minutes or until the oatmeal is fluffy.

  • Step 2

    Top with agave nectar, kiwi, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

  • Step 3

    Optional toppings: agave, fresh kiwi, peanut butter, and chia seeds.
