Method

  • Step 1

    Lay the pint of ice cream on its side, and slice your desired amount of ice cream for your ice cream sandwich.

  • Step 2

    Remove the cardboard from the ice cream, and sandwich the ice cream between the cookies.

  • Step 3

    Roll the ice cream sandwich in sprinkles.

  • Step 4

    Serve immediately or freeze to enjoy later.
