2 red bell peppers
1 green bell pepper
1 jalapeño pepper
1 English cucumber
1 bunch kale
2 heads garlic
4 yellow onions
3-inch knob fresh ginger
2 oranges
2 bananas
3 limes
1 bunch thyme
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
4 (32 ounce) cartons vegetable stock
1 (32 ounce) carton unsweetened coconut milk
1 (28 ounce) can fire roasted crushed tomatoes
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can black beans
1 (13.5 ounce) can full fat coconut cream
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 small bag walnuts
1 small bag salted dry-roasted peanuts
1 pound vermicelli
1 pound yellow lentils
1 pound arborio rice
8 ounces quinoa
1 bag vegan chocolate chips
1 bag cacao nibs
1 (12 ounce) block extra-firm tofu
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen peas
