- 1 teaspoon San-J Umami Tamari Splash, plus more for serving
- 4 ounces canned tuna, drained
- 1 teaspoon Japanese mayo (such as Kewpie)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced `
- 1 radish, sliced `
- Seaweed pieces, for serving
Method
Step 1
Place tuna in a bowl. Add San-J Umami Tamari Splash, Japanese Mayo, and Sriracha. Mix to combine.
Step 2
Layer cooked rice to a bowl, top with tuna mixture, and garnish with veggies.
Step 3
Add a few more splashes of San-J Umami Tamari Splash and garnish with seaweed pieces.
