  • 4 ounces canned tuna, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Japanese mayo (such as Kewpie)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced `
  • 1 radish, sliced `
  • Seaweed pieces, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Place tuna in a bowl. Add San-J Umami Tamari Splash, Japanese Mayo, and Sriracha. Mix to combine.

  • Step 2

    Layer cooked rice to a bowl, top with tuna mixture, and garnish with veggies.

  • Step 3

    Add a few more splashes of San-J Umami Tamari Splash and garnish with seaweed pieces.
