- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1/ 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon minced mint
- 1 teaspoon culinary lavender
Cream softened vegan butter and powdered sugar with a hand mixer. Slowly add in flour and stir. Mix in mint and lavender.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill dough for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Roll out dough and cut with a round cookie cutter. Use additional flour to prevent sticking.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool for ten minutes, then enjoy with a cup of herbal tea!
