- 3 1/ 2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/ 3 cup white sugar
- 1/ 3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/ 8 teaspoon salt
- 1/ 8 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a nonstick skillet, mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, salt and cayenne
Slowly pour in the oat milk half a cup at a time, until fully incorporated.
Bring mixture to a simmer, continuously stirring.
Once simmering, add the chopped chocolate and vigorously stir for 45 seconds.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
If serving cold, cover with cling wrap so that the wrap touches the pudding to prevent a skin from forming and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with chopped chocolate & flakey sea salt.
