Buffalo Corn Rib Wedges

This trending recipe takes brushes melted butter and buffalo sauce on corn on the cob wedges then air fries them until they are crispy. These wedges make a great plant based summer snack.

ingredients
- 2 corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 1/4 cups buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
Method
Step 1
Cut each ear of corn into four wedges, like you see here. Melt the butter and 1 cup of the buffalo sauce in the microwave (or small pan on the stove over low heat).
Step 2
Whisk the butter and buffalo sauce together until well combined. Dip each piece of corn in the buffalo sauce and then transfer to an air fryer. Air fry at 400°F for five minutes then flip to the other side and air fry for another five minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the air fryer, coat with the extra buffalo sauce, and enjoy! Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
