Fish Head Curry

"First time trying fish head curry tonight. Used Salmon heads, which isn't really traditional but they were fresh and free, I personally saw them be-headed. The flavour is beautiful, along with okra and pineapple, and the meat left on the heads is tender and juicy. Couldn't bring myself to try the eyeball though..."
