  • 2 handfuls of soba noodles
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sesame seeds, as needed, plus more for topping
  • Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, for topping
  • Grilled Chicken breast ( Can be substituted for Tofu or protein of choice), optional for serving
  • Edamame, for topping
  • Finely chopped Green onions, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil the soba noodles in water as instructed on package, about 4 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Strain the noodles and rinse with cold water.

  • Step 3

    Allow the noodles to cool for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4

    In a separate bowl, combine the chili crisp, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame seeds to taste.

  • Step 5

    Mix the sauce with the soba noodles until the noodles are fully coated.

  • Step 6

    Build your bowl by starting with the noodles then adding your protein, and vegetables of choice. Top with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha mayo before serving.
