ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoons plus ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon Nutella®
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F degrees
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine your flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Mix that together and add in the chocolate chips and mix, Set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, add in your melted butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs and mix until combined
Step 4
Add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them together.
Step 5
Fill muffin liners to the top.
Step 6
Cook at 425F degrees for 5 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 375F degrees. Bake for an additional 10-14 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes. Once cool pipe Nutella® into the muffin or on top.
