4 (1 inch) sliced ciabatta bread
1 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 large garlic cloved, peeled
1 cup prepared marinara sauce, divided
1 (8 oz jar) roasted red peppers, sliced
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1 (8 oz container) mozzarella pearls, drained
Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Add bread to a baking sheet and divide the olive oil among the 4 slices. Rub each slice with the garlic clove. Divide the marinara sauce among each slice of bread, then top with red peppers, onions, and mozzarella.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
