This quick and easy breakfast will be ready in no time! Lightly toast or warm a naan flatbread and shmear with a generous amount of hummus and harissa (if you can handle the heat), then top with two sunnyside up eggs and breakfast is READY!

ingredients
- 1 naan flatbread, warm or toasted
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 3 tablespoons rose harissa,
- 2 eggs, fried to taste
Method
Step 1
Slather a layer hummus on to a warm flatbread. Add rose harissa and use the back of a spoon to swirl them together.
Step 2
Fry two eggs to your liking and layer on top hummus and harissa. Serve immediately.
