Cinnamon Maple Grilled Peaches and Cream

ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup oats, (gluten-free optional)
  • 2 teaspoons maple cinnamon seasoning
  • 1 pint french vanilla ice cream

Method

  • Step 1

    Wash, halve, and de-pit 2 pounds of fresh yellow peaches

  • Step 2

    Brush grill pan with coconut oil, and heat pan for 3-4 minutes

  • Step 3

    Place peaches flesh-side-down onto grill pan, and let cook for ~10 minutes

  • Step 4

    Remove from heat, and top with French vanilla ice cream, gluten-free oats, and maple cinnamon. Enjoy!
