"Hey Friends!? Hope you all had a great weekend. I was in the mood for something chocolaty, so I decided to whip up this yummy Chocolate Hazelnut Parfait. Recipe as follows: For Chia For Chia Layer 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup almond milk For Nice Cream 3 frozen bananas 2 tbsp carob powder 1 tbsp chocolate pb2 Whisk chia ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 350° F and roast a handful of hazelnuts for around 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside. I blended my banana nice cream ingredients until creamy. Then I layered it with chia pudding and roasted hazelnuts. 1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

For Nice Cream

3 frozen bananas

2 tbsp carob powder

1 tbsp chocolate pb2

 

Directions:

Whisk chia ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place in the fridge overnight.
