These Salmon Roll Ups are next level! A creamy, sauce of spinach and cheese is layered on top of salmon fillets before they are rolled and baked. Paired with a glass of white wine, you've got the perfect meal to entertain guests. (And it's gluten free!)

ingredients

  • 4 large salmon fillets
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, smashed
  • package of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • cajun spice

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 400° F.

  • Step 2

    Sautée the shallots and garlic in a sauce pan. When fragrant, add spinach and heavy cream. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Add the cream cheese to the spinach mixture.

  • Step 4

    Place your salmon fillets skin-side down on a cutting board. Put an even layer of the cream cheese and spinach mixture on top of the fillet. Roll up the fillet, so the cream cheese and spinach mixture is on the inside.

  • Step 5

    Coat the fillets with cajun spice, then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
