Dips are a perfect appetizer for parties or for an evening snack, so I wanted to share one that’s healthier and high in protein. This is a 3 ingredient dip, all you need is Greek yogurt, everything but bagel seasoning, and a chili crunch! It’s a cold dip which is even more perfect for summers. The chili crunch adds heat and flavor to the base and balances it so well. And it’s not a lot of oil, about 3 tbsp for 10 servings, so much less than any other dip. I like to use non-fat Greek yogurt to reduce the calories. It is so easy to make, especially if you have a store-bought chili crunch, anyone can make it! Serve it with your favorite chips or crackers or my favorite, mini bagel crisps.
You only need 3-ingredients to make this healthy dipping sauce that everyone will love! Serve this at dinner parties, game day get-togethers, or as a midday snack.
