ingredients
- 2 large peaches, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F and place parchment paper onto a small baking sheet. Toss together the peaches, brown sugar, and salt directly on the baking sheet—Bake skin side up for 25 minutes, or until the skin is lightly charred.
Step 2
Once the peaches are cooked, place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Place into the refrigerator and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
