This breakfast is deliciously healthy, with a creamy texture and decadent chocolate topping.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Frozen raspberries

Chocolate Topping

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup vegan yogurt
  • Water to mix
  • Chocolate soy crispies, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix together the ingredients (or blend if you use whole oats). Place raspberries at the bottom of a bowl, pour the mix over the top, followed by your choc ganache. Leave to set overnight & enjoy in the morning.
