A Note From Capri-
"Food is my ultimate love language. I love connecting and building a community with others who love to cook and eat healthy, delicious food! As a food blogger, I share my passion for cooking through recipes online. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my recipes come to life in other people's kitchens! This recipe has always been a favorite in my family! On Sundays, we gather around the table, laughing, enjoying each other's company, and drooling over this dish! I always hope that my recipes bring family and friends as much joy as they do for me!"

About Will-
Will has been cooking from a young age and decided that he wanted to cater to those afraid to get in the kitchen due to the complexities and time involved. Will loves to reimagine and reinvent the food of his ancestors, and this recipe is no exception! Some of his fondest childhood memories come from eating a piping hot pork chop sandwich simply dressed with hot sauce and served on fluffy white bread. RSVP to Will’s second annual Juneteenth Jubilee here!

A Note From Charlotte-
“Being able to connect with my community through food means everything to me. I love creating recipes and content that are inclusive and make us feel good. My hope is that every person that visits my website or purchases my cookbook finds a recipe(s) that inspires them to continue creating in the kitchen”.

A Note from Ashley-
"As a food blogger and content creator, it is always a fantastic feeling to connect with other like-minded creators in the food space to bounce ideas around and share triumphs and struggles with. I think it’s very important for creators in the food space to support and encourage one another because you never know when someone may be in a position to help grow your business or platform. I get so excited when holidays like Juneteenth roll around because they present an opportunity to share my food and traditions with new people and to collaborate with other Black creators and promote their work as well."

A Note From Lloyd-
"I’ve given so much time & effort to build the Plantcrazii platform but I can honestly say it has given me so much more back! The uplifting community, new friendships, opportunities and most importantly the freedom to express myself through my food. The freedom I have today to self express was not always available to people like me, because of the color of our skin. That is why, Today, June 19th marks such an important time in history. Happy Juneteenth!"
