A Note from Feedfeed

There's nothing better than a BBQ chicken recipe to have up your sleeve once grilling season comes around! This version is marinated with a mixture of brown sugar, spices, garlic, and fresh squeezed orange juice for a pop of flavor. Removing the backbone from a whole chicken allows it to cook faster and results in juicy, smoky meat that everyone will love slathered with homemade BBQ sauce! Capri recommends marinating the chicken overnight if you have the time to infuse it with even more flavor. Not sure how to spatchcock a cicken? Check out Capri's full instructions here, or ask your butcher to do it for you.
