This week we’re featuring our forever favorite, the humble potato. Whether orange and sweet or tiny and golden-hued, potatoes always have our backs. We kick off the week with mushroom-stuffed sweet potatoes, then later tuck into a one-pan Lebanese-inspired chicken and potato bake. We finish the week strong with a French-style seafood skillet that goes well with, you guessed it, fries or roasted potatoes.
